IMPORTANT
- It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to leave
the car in the alley at the rear of the office or in
any other parking in the alley out of our opening
hours.
- It is always better to return the vehicle during
business hours in the alley at the rear of the
office. If it’s not possible, follow the
procedure below.
- Your return must be made before the date and time
specified in the contract
Vehicle Abandonment Procedures in Cherrier
- Use ONLY the SPAQ CHERRIER parking lot located at 455 rue Cherrier (corner Cherrier and St Denis) accessible only by rue Cherrier westbound.
- Park the vehicle first.
- Pay for parking at the parking meter, pay $16 (If you leave the car on Saturday you will have to go back to pay $16 on Sunday)
- Put the parking ticket so that it is clearly visible on the dashboard.
- Leave the keys in the glove compartment and lock all doors (lock/unlock button available on the driver's door).
- Call the office at 1-514-281-5000 and leave us a voicemail message indicating the name in the contract or write us an email at info@autoplateau.com
If the gas tank was not filled or you have exceeded the mileage allowance, the charges will be applied to your credit card.
Also, if you received any parking tickets and would like us to handle them, leave them in the vehicle and we will charge them to your credit card. (a $5 fee applies per ticket)
